Summertime Vibin'- Beat the heat in STYLE with these TEA recipes!
New Aspiration: Living Simply (Welcome to our little Home!)
Summer is a perfect time to splurge on a new suit, hat and pair of cute sunnies. But EVERY summer has a staple.
You know what I am talking about.
That one outfit you wear 12 times a week?! (Exaggerative-YES-but really though)
My 2017 staples this summer other than trying to drink a crap load of WATER are:
Some MAJOR Bridal Shower Inspo!
We are made to be simple beings.
But we just love to create CHAOS.
Iv'e missed my last 4 dentist appointments due to over scheduling myself.
So this month, I dedicated to cleansing.
Not only watching what I put in and on my body, but cleansing my mind as well.
Underlining Truth About Social Media
Soooo one of my best friend's is getting married.
(This is where I would pause with eyes clinched shut and a huge smile ....and make an obnoxiously high pitch squealing noise)
Yes, I am that friend that squeezes you too tight until your uncomfortable. Excitement is an understatement.
Her bridal shower was one out of a magazine, so THANK THE LORD I brought my camera...(!!!)
The Relationship Game- Our Advice
Disclaimer: No filter here.
Like I ever have one.
Did you know that we "typically" spend 32 hours a week on television, 3 hours on movies, 4 hours on magazines and 10 hours online.
That is 10 hours 45 minutes a day on media!
Take that in for a second.
All of which delivers content that shapes our society and manipulates us by using widespread content bias. This got me thinking, how many hours roughly do I stare at a screen for entertainment? And what is that doing to my brain?
Our Wedding Day!
Lately we are facing one question in particular that seems to be the ongoing question of the season: "Hows the married life?"
My Road to Graduation
Reminiscing over this day gives me all the feels all over again. Goosebumps. People always ask, how did it go?! & there is literally not one complaint. Not ONE. I have dreamt of this fairy-tale day walking down the aisle to my prince ever since I was born. You think I'm exaggerating? Not only did my father call me princess and set the standard at an all time high. But, I asked for a wedding dress as soon as Santa was taking lists in the mail.
Morning Lavender- Spring Collection
My dad had multiple conditions as to what it took to marry me.
It came a bit of a surprise to us both when we found out that one of them was, I graduate (finish) college before we say "i do."
School had been a long road for me.
I could almost hear the vocal backdrop of Spongebob Squarepants saying, "6 years lata" as I finished my last final.
Well, and a whole lot of cheering!
The last thing I wanted was a reason to put off our marriage for over a whole year.
Secrets on How to Keep Your Fiddle Leaf Fig Alive!
I talk about this company on the daily.
If you know me, you know its true!
I love everything about Morning Lavender, from the cute (always up- to-date) styles of fun feminine frill to their incredible team & #inspo girl boss!
Pink Blush Spring Collection
Plants brighten up any space and add that spark of life into a home!
Sad that I've about killed about all of them.
It must be karma for all of the flowers I picked as a child just as a keen act of inhaling their scent.

Pressed Rose Jewelry Co.

New One Jewelry
It's not a matter of "if" I catch myself singing off tune to the radio, it's a matter of "how many times" a day. Sometimes, I even get out of the car still singing and it isn't until the nearest pedestrian gives me a funny look that I realize that Iam in public.
& my voice is no longer boxed in a vehicle... or even a bit necessary!
Do I have a purpose to this confession?
Jord Watch Wedding Present for my Man
Guys just don't get it.
Why do I need more jewelry?
Because I need CHOICES. duh.
& Yes, I will wear them all!
I'm going to blame it on the fact that glitter runs through our veins...or I'd like to think so ;)
Till Death do us Party || Bachelorete
Time, really is precious.
Because we reside on planet earth, we measure our life in seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, years and so on. We are constantly chasing time, trying to find measurable ways to freeze it, speed it up, slow it down and even reverse it.
Leading up to the wedding, I was told by many friends that our wedding day was going to be the fastest day of our lives.
With that in mind,...
How He Asked!
Okay, so let's be real, if your going to do a bachelorette...you might as well do it right! I mean,...you are only allowed to be a *feyonce* once. & that's one of the last times you will get to celebrate with your girls as a single lady! So put your hands up!
(Ya see what I did there?!)
Standing cliff side the ocean, sunset gleaming, no one in sight. Here we are all dressed up ready for a nice dinner.
He was going to propose right now. He loves sunsets. This was it. I was sure of it!
But as the sun slowely went down, so did my expectations.
Morning Lavender- Big Bear
I would go back in a heartbeat.
Of course I had the best tour guide having Aaron been a local for four years!
I could replay instants where you,..
Seasons are the best! I mean, who am I to say that...I live in Southern California. However, we are hours away from Big Bear enabling us to satisfy that need for cold weather change.
Or an excuse to throw on our new boots and scarves!
I'm normally rooting for winter to come around. Christmas music blasting, snowball fights and hot cocoa wrapped in blankets and sitting by a fire.
However this time around, I fell for fall. Hard.
