The Story Behind my Flower Crowns-& How to Own the Confidence that Lives Within you.

She was crowned in confidence and laughed without fear of the future.

We've all heard it, we've all pinned it. We've all pondered and shook our heads at the fact confidence and fearlessness is as easy to accomplish as putting a fire out with rubbing alcohol.

However, if I could tell you one thing in hopes that it would stick with you forever- I would tell you that you are a Princess.

Because that is something that I am confident about...

Ever so clearly painted in my mind: White sheer cloth loosely draped from the crown of her head sweeping across her eyelids onto the muted floral bouquet held at waist height. She swiftly makes her entrance and way down the aisle to her moment. Her moment where he unveils her soft porcelain skin from beneath the sheer covering. For that moment, the existence of flaws is irrelevant, nothing in the world matters accept being present, true beauty and confidence awakens. All eyes are on her.

This moment is everything she has been dreaming of her whole life. To be unveiled by her Prince who rescued her, and intends to take her on the adventure of a lifetime. The moment where she finally gets to experience the revelation in which she truly wishes to be seen.

This moment lives inside us.

New Aspiration: Living Simply (Welcome to our little Home!)

We are made to be simple beings.

But we just love to create CHAOS.

Underlining Truth About Social Media

Disclaimer: No filter here.

Like I ever have one.

Did you know that we "typically" spend 32 hours a week on television, 3 hours on movies, 4 hours on magazines and 10 hours online.

That is 10 hours 45 minutes a day on media!

Take that in for a second.

All of which delivers content that shapes our society and manipulates us by using widespread content bias. This got me thinking, how many hours roughly do I stare at a screen for entertainment? And what is that doing to my brain?

My Road to Graduation

My dad had multiple conditions as to what it took to marry me.

It came a bit of a surprise to us both when we found out that one of them was, I graduate (finish) college before we say "i do."

School had been a long road for me.

I could almost hear the vocal backdrop of Spongebob Squarepants saying, "6 years lata" as I finished my last final.

Well, and a whole lot of cheering!

The last thing I wanted was a reason to put off our marriage for over a whole year.

Pressed Rose Jewelry Co.

It's not a matter of "if" I catch myself singing off tune to the radio, it's a matter of "how many times" a day. Sometimes, I even get out of the car still singing and it isn't until the nearest pedestrian gives me a funny look that I realize that Iam in public.

& my voice is no longer boxed in a vehicle... or even a bit necessary!

Do I have a purpose to this confession?

Jord Watch Wedding Present for my Man

Time, really is precious.

Because we reside on planet earth, we measure our life in seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, years and so on. We are constantly chasing time, trying to find measurable ways to freeze it, speed it up, slow it down and even reverse it.

Leading up to the wedding, I was told by many friends that our wedding day was going to be the fastest day of our lives.

With that in mind,...
